• All rights reserved with the developers for any changes in the scheme and shall be binding to all members.
• All legal, Govt. levies shall be borne be members.
• No. external changes shall be allowed. Only internal changes will be allowed with peiror permission.
• Developers reserve the right to make any changes in design and specification if required.
• All expenses for electrical services like, meter connection, control panel board and service line shall be borne by the flat owners.
• The flat owners shall from a society for the upkeep and maintenance of the building.
• All disputes subject to Kota Jurisdiction.
